My Home Page: P. E. Hodges

Welcome to the first of many Web pages designed by myself, Mr. Hodges,
through the use of Netscape's Composer. On this page you will see
various aspect of my life as a husband, father, teacher and Coach.
(You can use this part of the page to welcome
visitors and try to intrigue them to learn more about you. You might even
want to embed a photo of yourself.)
My Background
I was born and raised in Missouri, and if you can find a better place
to live than you will have to show-me.
I attended Blue Springs High School where I graduated in 1988.
From there I went to Central Methodist College where I graduated with a
Business Adminstration Degree in 1992. I managed a small family entertainment
business for three years when I decided to persue my aspirations to become
a teacher. One long year and 52 credit hours later I was certified
in Business Education. I did my student teaching at Blue Springs
South High School where I was able to football and one game short of a
state championship. God gave me a true angel for a wife and on June
22, 1996, Melissa Collean Patridge became my wife. Next, I went to
Palmer Junior High in Independence. It was a great experience working
with the kids everyday. Then, in 1997, I went to Higginsville.
Lafayette County C-1 middle school where I have taught two years
in a wonderful educational institution.
life has been So I grew up both in the midst
of the technical revolution and in its heart. Add to this the fact
that both my

who are important to you.)
were "information workers" before the term was invented, and you'll
find it small
wonder that I'm something of a computerphile.
And, before we go any further, just in case (not that I'm looking to
get hired, but - just
in case you ARE my big break), here's my resume.
(You can link other pages prepared using Netscape
Gold templates.)
My Interests
I guess that the best - and fastest - way to really get to know me
is by discovering what I like. So here goes . . .
I love to mountain
bike, ski,
and land-sail.
I adore movies - especially classic film noir. My
favorites?
I'm an avid reader. Favorite
books? (You can link to pages that detail your
interests.)
My Personal Records
This is a photographic
retrospective of my life to date - a mere 32 years - as well as some
samples from my upcoming
CD (I play percussion in a soon-to-be-famous World Beat band)
(You can link to photos or sound samples that
are important to you.)
Links to My Favorite Sites
Another way to really get to know someone - especially someone who spends
as much time on the Internet as I do - is to learn their favorite sites:
Useless
World Wide Web pages (a must)
Tacky
Tunes
The
Simpsons: Behind the Scenes
Xena:
Warrior Princess
(I know, I know, but hey, come on - Greco/ancient mythos coupled with
martial arts and a certain arch, modern sensibility?)
Creating
Net Sites
(Because Netscape always seems to be at least
one step ahead of the crowd when it comes to the Internet.)
